Dear Friend,

It has been said that “necessity is the father of invention.”  In my case frustration was the key driving force.   Over the years of owning several homes, I have become increasingly frustrated dealing with home service providers.  The lack of accountability and professionalism has astounded me.  One of the biggest challenges has been getting someone to actually show up at the appointed time.  In fact some vendors did not show up at all and did not even extend the courtesy of a phone call.  After repeated negative experiences with service vendors, I finally decided there has to be a better way.  

I have always been a do-it-yourself handyman and after spending twenty years in the corporate world, I decided to use my skills and knowledge to come up with an innovative way to consistently deliver professional and quality home maintenance services. 

In an industry that is plagued with deception, con artists, and poor customer service, I set out to create a service company that would focus on eliminating these problems for the homeowner. 

We are very sensitive to the needs of all of our customers and in particular seniors, the disabled, and single parents. Our focus is to build trust and offer high quality services at affordable rates while eliminating the constant “taking advantage of” these sectors of our communities.

My awareness and concern for people with debilitating conditions who desire to remain in their homes as long as possible increased when my mother was diagnosed with Alzheimer’s disease over six years ago.  Before she entered a nursing home facility, all attention was placed on her care and all other tasks including home maintenance became a secondary matter.  In these cases, our goal is to provide worry free comprehensive home maintenance so that the homeowner can focus on their health. We will take care of the home and in doing so, hopefully extend the period of time that the homeowner can remain in their own home. 

Taking all of the above concerns and issues into consideration, along with my passion for serving others and desire to have a positive impact on the community, I founded GUARDIAN HOME SERVICES, LLC.

The name GUARDIAN embodies strength, goodness, and truthfulness: all attributes that describe the principles of our company.

We are determined to achieve our goal of providing our clients with the best and most comprehensive home maintenance services in the industry.  I hope that you, a family member, or someone you know will be our next satisfied customer.
