 If you do not have any items that need to be addressed in any given month, your payment will be credited to your account.  Your accumulated account balance can be used at any time for any services provided by GUARDIAN Home Services, LLC.

How to Get Started

Select a service option from the list below.  We will start billing you every month based on the option you choose.  You will be provided with a blank “to-do” list.  During the month, you will jot down items on the list that you would like to be addressed during your scheduled visit.  If all of the work can be completed during the allotted time frame, you will only be invoiced for the agreed to monthly charge.  If you would like more time and the technician is available, additional time will be billed at a discounted rate of $25.00 per hour. 

____  $49.00  Includes one visit each month for a duration of one (1) hour.  (20%  Savings)

____  $64.00  Includes one visit each month for a duration of one and a half (1.5) hours. (15% Savings)

____ $80.00 Includes two visits each month for a duration of one hour per visit OR one visit for a duration of two (2) hours. (10% Savings)

Terms

By signing this document, the customer agrees to pay monthly the dollar amount associated with the service option checked above to GUARDIAN Home Services, LLC.  This agreement can be terminated with or without cause by either party at any time.  Any outstanding payments to GUARDIAN Home Services, LLC for work already performed will be paid in full by the customer at the time of termination. Any unused funds already paid to GUARDIAN Home Services, LLC by the customer will be refunded to the customer upon termination of this agreement. The hourly rates indicated in this agreement are “man hour” rates based on one resource per hour.  If the project requires two or more resources, the rate will adjust accordingly.  See attached Explanation of Rates document for more details  

 Rates listed above apply to labor only.  Materials are billed separately.  Rates and Terms are subject to change.

Check kitchen & bathroom faucets, sinks, toilets, etc.. for leaks and proper operation.  Replace seals or O-rings to stop leaks.  

• Light fixtures - Clean / Install / Change bulbs
• Ceiling fans - Clean / Install / Remove / Change bulbs
• Painting
• Interior door installation
• Doorknob/lock replacements
• Pressure washing – House / Driveway / Sidewalks / Decks
• Gutter cleaning
• Picture frame hanging
• Heating/Cooling system filter replacement
• Install or repair outside motion sensor lights
• Safety locks ("child proofing")
• Check caulking around vanities, shower, tubs and apply new caulking if necessary
• Check washing machine connections
• Check dryer for proper air flow
• Lawn Care
• Carpentry Work
• Home product assembly and setup
• Appliance Installation
• Repair torn/defective screens
• Install motion sensor lights on exterior
• Install dimmer switches
• Change batteries in smoke alarms and carbon monoxide detectors
• Clean and repair decks
• Garage door maintenance
• Check and flush water heater
• Trim shrubs and/or branches
• Lawn mower maintenance (change oil, change blade, inflate tires, etc…)
• Sheetrock repairs
• Install new sink or faucet assemblies
• Irrigation system repair
• Repair vinyl siding
• Install baseboard and ceiling trim
• Install or repair in-home stereo systems including outside all-weather speakers
• Install grab bars and/or handrails
• Haul off debris or other items

 Normal Rates for “handyman” services without a service agreement:                $59.00 per hour for the first hour and $29.00 for every hour after that.
