A major purpose of contractor licensing is to protect the health, safety, and welfare of the public.  Licensing also defines the work that a contractor is allowed to do under a particular license.

Licensing establishes entrance requirements, standards of practice, and disciplinary authority to protect the public from unqualified, incompetent, and unethical contractors

To verify the status of our License, select the LLR link above and then follow these directions:

1. Accountant will automatically appear as the default selection. Click the drop down arrow to see the entire board list. Scroll down until you locate Residential Builders and click on it. Then click SELECT.
2. Enter Company Name as: GUARDIAN HOME SERVICES, then click FIND.
3. Among the information that will be displayed is our license number (48102) on the far left.
4. Click on the license number and the status will be displayed on your screen.
