I had a great experience when working with Kirk of Guardian Home Services.  When I called, he called back.  When he said he'd show up, he did. And, a couple of times, he called me 'just to check in' and see how things were going - even stopped by a couple times.  I can tell you first hand NO other contrator did this.  I had several projects going on when updating our home and thus various experiences (and results) from very good to bad.  I wish now, in hindsight, I'd gone ahead and hired him for the whole job and let him manage and coordinate it all. It would've saved me ALOT of time, and ALOT of frustation!  I would absolultey recommend - AND suggest - Guardian Home Services for your next home repair or project. Last winter was our first in our home and we were not fully acquainted with South Carolina winters.  Not knowing there was no insulation between the pipes under the bathroom sink and the outside of the house, the pipes froze and burst. We returned home to water quickly filling the total bath area.  In our panic, the shut-off valve wasn't even located.  We immediately called Kirk at Guardian Home Services and he personally arrived pronto!  He saw the project from beginning to end and we were most pleased with the quick repairs.

I can honestly say that Kirk and Guardian Home Services sets the standard for how all builders and home maintenance contractors should treat their customers. I recently had a detached garage built and I had very bad experiences with the builder and other contractors that I selected. Luckily, I found Guardian Home Services who fixed one of the problems I had with the construction of the new garage. Kirk and his team have completed substantial work on our home... from plumbing to flooring our entire downstairs to building a hearth for our fireplace. The quality of the work is excellent.
